Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. ₹499 Booking Amount

The ₹499 paid via Razorpay to lock the 50% OFF launch price is a non-refundable booking fee. This amount is fully adjustable against the final product price at the time of delivery and installation.

If you choose not to proceed with the purchase after booking, the ₹499 will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Product Payments

Once full payment for a water purifier is received, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Aqua Kline does not offer money-back returns on installed or uninstalled units.

3. No Home Demo

Aqua Kline does not offer home demos. Customers are welcome to visit our Rajajinagar showroom to see every model live, test the water, and pick the right purifier with our team before booking.

4. Warranty & Service

All products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled by repair or replacement of the affected part — no cash refunds are issued. Service charges, consumables (filters, membranes, UV lamps), and physical damage are not covered.

5. Order Changes

You may change the product model within 24 hours of booking, subject to availability. The ₹499 booking amount will be carried over to the new model. No model changes are permitted after the unit has been dispatched for installation.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is debited from your account but the booking does not register due to a technical or network failure, Razorpay will auto-reverse the amount to the source account within 5–7 working days. For duplicate payments on the same booking, contact us within 48 hours with the Razorpay payment ID and we will initiate the reversal of the extra payment.
